Expensive Trees

I have a concern about trees, is there really a
TIMBERWOOD TREE cost -$15000 (FIFTEEN THOUSAND)
WEED WOOD cost -$50000 (FIFTY THOUSAND)
SMALL BITTER BARK cost -$10000 (TEN THOUSAND)

or it's just an error or something.. it's too expensive, and its costs are different from the other same trees in the island
i found those said trees on the upper right of my island. near the cliff..

i hope somebody can help me.

Yep, seems normal. When you get to a higher level, it becomes easier to save up enough to clear up trees.

Oh, I forgot to mention, these are actually the cheaper ones you need to clear, there are other trees/rocks priced all the way up to 800,000 coins.
