Stuck Decoration

I have a decoration, specifically a path, stuck behind the Arctic Isles blimp on the top island. It isn't visible behind the blimp, so I when I try to pick it up all I get is the aircraft. It is keeping me from moving a habitat into that space.

Suggestions for how to get it out? I've already tried restarting.
