Cannot get ios 4.3 or higher

What about those of us with older devices who cannot get ios 4.3 or higher?

I play all my games on a 2nd gen ipod touch. It can't get ios 4.3 at all, because Apple abandoned it just like TL is abandoning their players. I've been trying to save up for a newer device because I need a new phone anyway, but it's still gonna be several months before I can actually afford one. Am I just screwed?

The "must have the ios 4.3 version" popup happened with Pet Hotel (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?57522-Now-requires-iOS-4-3-or-later&p=723997&viewfull=1#post723997) too. Is this going to happen to the rest of the games? I feel like it's countdown to doomsday every time I tap to load one.

Looks like they've fixed it (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?57479-Farm-story&p=723592&viewfull=1#post723592) so it'll still work on iOS 4.2.1. Hopefully it'll stay that way! ;)

If I hadn't asked about older devices here (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?57236-Bakery-Update-August-21&p=725525&viewfull=1#post725525) for the benefit of others (yes, while trying to fish for info for myself too), I never would have found that thread or had any idea the games were working again. I hadn't even tapped on Pet Hotel or Zoo 2 since they quit on me, I didn't see the point in bothering to try! :rolleyes:
