My account got reset to Level 1

I opened a new account for Dragon Story on my IPad got to level 8 or so and all of a sudden it got reset to level 1, I can see my level 8 island but it is no longer connected to my IPad - how can it be? What can be done to fix this?

Try restarting your device.
If it is still at level 1, send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can check your game.
