Cant Collect Lakeside Castle from Spell shop

I am still fairly new to this game my Storm ID is Barb1019, i'm on level 14 and using an iPad 1; everything else about the game has been working fine but i crafted a Lakeside Castle in the spell shop, it tells me its done and to collect it but i cant...when i touch the spell shop, the pop up giving me the option to place in storage or just place wont let me make an option - it wont let me do anything at all. i cant "x" out of the pop up, i cant touch anywhere else to reactivate the back screen - i have to close the game down, go to my double click home and close it that way and restart again - EVERYTIME i try to collect from the spell shop
i have tried moving the shop, i tried selling it and storing it and i cant do anything at all
