Is Dragon Story a game for apple products and not android devices???

I thought the game was fun but now I see that I do not get items other players do.. I am almost level 70, and when my neighbors started getting airships I did not get one??? I play on an android. Is that the problem??

Dragon story is available for IOS, android and kindle fire devices.
There are some features currently only available to IOS devices.
