One Farm for iPhone and iPad

I play Farm Story on my iPhone and iPad but with different farms. Is it possible to play with only ONE farm on iPhone AND iPad? Can I Transfer my iPad Farm to the iPhone?

No, it's not possible, but I too would love this option! I'd like to do "big" things like decorate on my iPad but be able to check in during the day at work using my iPhone. That's how I do WeRule, and it works great.
