Playing the same game on more devices without loosing the scores

Does anyone know if I can play this game on the iPad and on the Mac as well without loosing my scores?

The games are only available to play on apple, android and kindle fire devices.(not on a PC or laptop)

You can only play a game on one of these devices at a time.
