My Ice island nest got problem...i cant hatch egg

this egg stuck on my nest very long time... i cant hatch and cant sell... now my ice island cant do anything...is that bug?? please help me fix this problem

that is my ios theme, actually that 1 is loading logo, load so long and dragon picture also no come out, as i know this dragon is my first ice age dragon, but i cant hatch
