I don't I just keep them :)

I keep them, the most of them have recipes that i would like to use again later for special themes or occassions
They also do not take away much place in the storage and you will not get a lot of coins for them.

Never sell any of them. I prefer keeping them in my storage even if I've mastered completely. :)

Thanks I was trying to see what was best. I haven't sold any but I have mastered most of them.

I just recently broke down and sold all but one of every constructable appliance I've mastered because I was THISCLOSE to an expansion. You only get back 10% of its price, but on rare occasions, it's worth it, and I really don't see more recipes being added to them anyway. :p
