My Bugs

Hello, I am currently experiencing two bugs under the Storm8 ID "CaptLively" using my Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX running Android 4.1.2.

Bug 1) My Ancient Tarpit is invisible. Bred a Dino Dragon a few days ago, so I decided to build his habitat. It was invisible during construction where I could only see the construction equipment, and now I have this little dragon apparantely floating on nothing.

Bug 2) Daily login award appears to be broken. Since installing this game, I have not been able to get a 4-day bonus. It will always reset to 1 after the second or third day.

I amat level 68 playing onkindle fire hd. Id shinava island name frick. For weeks I have contacted support team without success. I have 2 major issues. 1. WhenI log on and get daily collect dailybonus message I. try tocollwvt thecoins but they do not add to my total. As soon as I hit collect bonus more pop ups appear with offers. Also when Icomplete goals I do not get rewards. Please help me. I have givenup on the support team after numerous tickets have been issued and no resolutions:(
