About old and new device

Hi, I have just bought a new tablet and want to transfer my account from old tablet to new tablet. Pls tell me how to do.

And after transfering to new device, can my old tablet still register a new account? if not, does it mean the old tablet can not play lava games anymore?

Hello! You can transfer by following the steps below! :-

~ On your Old Device ~

- Go to Main
- Tap on "Help/Faq"
- Scroll down until you see Create Password Here
- Enter password (This will give you the abiity to enter the forums)
- Done!

= You should have no problem with the Old Device =

~ On your New Device ~

- Install any Storm8 Game (Racing Live,Ninja Live and others)
- Play the Storm8 Game until LV2! (This will unlock the Home Button)
- Tap the Home Button,Then the Gear icon,then the Storm8 Tab
- Tap on Start/Resume Transfer! Then tap on New Device
- Enter your Storm8 ID and Password that is on your old device!
- Fill it up and press "Start Transfer"
- You're GOOD to go!

You can try to transfer yourself using the above thread. If you have issues or if you have already set up a new storm ID on your device, you will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can assist with your transfer.

Once you transfer your games off your old device, your games will start over at level 1.
