I recently had to exchange iOS devices because the old crashed and I now I have to start over I already created a new Storm8 ID. I sent an email to TeamJava support asking to transfer the accounts and received an email saying that it was received. That is all I can do, right?
I understand that there was a way to transfer your account using the old serial number. But that isn't available to me now. :(
