Winded dragon mission

I have finished the "winded dragon" mission at the arctic isles and the game keeps processing and adding the mission back on, I have tried speeding to see if it makes any difference, it takes my gold and gives me the mission back.

Any chance a mod can help me? Please? I'll be very grateful!:)
