Disappear fashion story goal - ROCKIN THE 4TH GOALS

I have completed the 4th mission Patriot Pack under the goal "Rockin the 4th", but the 5th (final) mission "Miniature Flags For Others" does not appear and the whole goal is then missing. I am using the 4th of July version. I want to get the celebration table.

im pretty sure it then expired.
if it had a time limit (wit the little note) then yes it possibly expired

It has not time limit stated.:confused:

I have already spent 3 gems to skip the closet and wall decoration. I want to get back my gems if there is no 5th mission.
