Hi Everyone,
How is everyone doing?
My kindle broke. I have a new one. I setup the temporary id. This tempa414 is the temporary one.
Still haven't heard anything back.
Ilovetodesign is my storm 8 id.


I play the Halloween edition of Bakery Story
and Restaurant Story.
I would like to play some of the others too.

If they haven't replied yet, go to the updates and announcement thread and see the thread on transferring the games to your new device.

It will take just a few minutes to do it yourself. Hope it helps you!

If you sent an email to support@teamlava.com and it has been over 5 business days, respond back to the automatic email you received from them that has your ticket number on it, to check on the status.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for the help.
Just checked and the automated email from them was dated back in April.
My sister who is trying to help me with this,
tried last week logged into my email and wrote. Haven't heard back yet.

While waiting is there anyway to view my bakery from the temporary account?
I tried going to the Social tab where it has the list of some in community and then a lot of No Name bakeries.

Just noticed something when going back to the forum
on "updates & announcements" it has things to do on the old device.
I don't have it because the battery is dead so was sent back to Amazon.
But right before the battery died I could see everything. Even pictured I took of some of my favorite bakery and restaurant
designs, showed up just fine.

Reply back to this automatic email and provide any information that they asked for and tell them your transfer was never completed and you still need assistance.

I tried my hotmail and put the password for my email.
But doesn't seem to work.
So, I have no idea what to do.

Invite your original storm8 id, ilovetodesign, to be your neighbor. Then from the invite list you can visit your old bakery.

You'll want to use the email account that you used t send in your ticket. Maybe try "forgot your password" and see if it'll tell you you don't have an account and ask you if you want to create one. I tried it just now, but am being blocked by a filter at work.

When I first went to the support site, I had to create an account, but the interface has changed. It used to be pretty obvious.

You will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com for assistance in recovering your storm ID and password.

Hi there, do you remember your password? If so you don't need TL to help transfer your game to your new device. Did you use the "contact us" link in the "Help/FAQ" button (from MAIN)? Good luck.
