Neighbors Decoration

One of my neighbors has a decoration on their island, it is a red ball, like a meteor, with spikes and wing sticking out of it. Anyone have any ID what it is? I haven't included a picture as it isn't on my island.

Dragon Sun, it's an Android only decoration. Not sure if it is still available. Was released for the summer.
