This is just my opinion, and maybe I'm wrong...but I have to assume that not everyone who plays FS wears these types of clothes. Yes, they are pretty...but they're not personally my type of fashion. So I'm just here to post for fellow "rock chicks" like myself. You might think this style is ugly or weird, but fashion covers every style and genre.


I think we need more punk, grunge, gothic and metal head clothing. Fishnet stockings with boots and skirts. Flannel shirts tied at the waist with ripped jeans. Skater looks with tank tops, skullcaps and big baggy pants (parachute). Studded leather MC jackets. More skulls, stars, swallows, anarchy signs, studded clothes, ripped jeans, gothic corset dresses, and shoes with spikes.

How about ZOMBIES? Can we get a cute zombie put on a tshirt, paired up with some ripped jeans? Or a shirt with the word "Brooklyn" on it. How about those belts that have bullets, or studs, or chains? And purple...we need more purple!

Ew. No, I hate metal clothing but I love rock, rockabilly, grunge, goth, skater, and punk. I also really want pastel goth and valley punk mostly because I'm a bit of a girl.

I'm going to keep repeating this until someone at TL gets it: there is a huge imbalance between table items and rack items. Pretty much all of the catalogs have 2 or 3 table items and only 1 or 2 rack items. We need more rack items to balance out. Please, please, pretty please address this issue.

Some of the above ideas are disturbing, what's up with the girl wearing the greeen outfit in the gas mask in post #17? That and the one beside her are...how to say it nicely..."cheap" looking girls?

I like everything in posts #12 and #13 though, it's sweet and cute.

We need to add an item to the avatar right hand that usually wears bracelets and holds purse clutches and that is of course an iPhone or any smart phone really. And then the left hand that holds the tote bags an iPad or a tablet. This game is made for mobile devices only, so I think these two items would make nice additions.

I agree, this game is about fashion anyway, and I don't think that dressing like a freak is fashionable. Personally, I prefer fashionable and /or nice feminine and cute clothing.

Couture can be freaky when it wants to, though I haven't seen any freak couture shows in a while so I'll give you that one. I like Gaga but let's not make this hole deeper.

I live in New York, one of the top fashion capitals in the world. Not everyone here wears ONE type of style....cute and girly. Thats boring. There are many girls out there who dress punk, goth, metal (etc).

And yes, maybe one or two of those outfits are a little too "trashy" for FS, but I'm sure the talented clothing designers at TL can tone it down a bit. I'm not suggesting making these EXACT outfits for the game, just giving a suggestion in the way an outfit could possibly go.

Broaden your horizons. The world has many styles and colors...not just cute and pink. Just like there are many different music styles and movie types....there are also different kinds of fashion genres. Fashion doesn't just stop at cute and girly.

Just like you might not like some of the clothes I posted, I don't like some of the clothes you posted. But I still play. I still order those clothes from the catalog. Not everyone has to agree on the same clothing types. What works for me, might not work for you. I accept that. But I didn't trash the pictures you posted.

This thread simply says "which items would you like to see".....so I posted what I'd like to see. Simple as that. I would just like to see a wider range of clothing types. I feel like the game is geared towards only ONE style, when there are so MANY out there...which isn't really fair to those of us who dont wear these kinds of clothes all the time. When I dress up and go to a metal club (my bf is in a band), these are the styles that I see. It doesn't mean the girls are trashy, its just the style.

Anyway....the girl with the green dress and gas mask can be labeled as "cybergoth" or "industrial".

Agreed. Everything is so the norm! Though before anyone can slap me with the 'You're a such a hypocrite' card, I'm going to state that I love girly fashions and underground fashions. Pink and skimpy? I love it. Black and burnt? I love it. Pink, cute, ripped, and studded? Oh my goodness where has that combination been all my life? I have a flexible sense of fashion, I can never really hate a particular style because I've either befriended people who wear that style or I've worn that style myself!

By the way while I'm still here can I once again suggest Valley Girl clothing? Pink and skimpy, but a little preppy too! Also, can I suggest the darker version, Valley Punk? Pink and skimpy, still, but more 'good girls gone bad'. Ripped fishnets with miniskirts. High heels with spikes. Burnt pink, etc.

In English speaking countries gyaru is commonly mistaken for ganguro, but that is actually a subculture of gyaru. It was popular in the 1990s, but shortly died out in the early 2000s. Gyaru fashion neither fit well with the Japanese traditional culture nor how the media portray ideals of Japanese women. It is often classified as a sign of youth rebellion.

Gyaru fashion is typically characterized by having heavily bleached or dyed hair (mostly shades from dark brown to blonde), highly decorated nails, and dramatic makeup.

The makeup typically consists of dark eyeliner and fake eyelashes used in ways intended to make the eyes appear larger. Clothing pieces for gyaru fashion differ depending on which gyaru style the individual chooses.

Ugh who dresses like this anyhow, I say keep giving us realistic clothing, it's more fun to dress up in something you might wear to work/school the next day. TL is doing a great job providing us with nice wearable clothing so far.

Well you can't really dress for work or school all the time, I like the variety and the shoes are something I actually wear. And there's a reason why it's called Futuristic clothing it's not of the modern day norm. It's supposed to be out there and it's supposed to be unusual, that's the fun in futuristic and that's the fun in fashion. If you're just going to dress for wearability, where's the fun in that? That's not fashion, it's just dressing up and Fashion Story is jot a dress up game.

Actually Fashion Story IS in fact a dress up game (hence the choice of avatar and closet items), plus a shop, it's both and it is very fun to play. I like what they design, not crazy unrealistic styles that most people don't wear. Maybe make a new game for all the kooky/crazy costumes you guys are suggesting, I don't see it as a good addition to an already wonderful game. Also it's not halloween right now, so please keep making realistic clothing for us to enjoy.

Why does the game ONLY have to have clothes that are for regular everyday wear? Thats boring. I say play around a bit and give us clothes that aren't so "safe". Just because YOU dont wear the gothic, grunge, metal, and punk clothing it doesn't mean that no one else does. Because I can tell you that I do know people who wear clothes like this. Stop being so close minded and let other people who wear these clothes have their fun too.
