I'm on level 18 and don't have any windows to choose from, or wall coverings or floor coverings. Or other things I see that
my neighbors have at the same or lesser levels.
Something weird is going on...like I could expand when I got x amount of neighbors, but when I got that amount of neighbors, the option to expand was not available anymore.
