Deleting old messages

How can I delete old messages?

I don't think you can even edit them anymore, what's up with that????

Which old messages do you mean?
Messages on your wall in the game? If so, open up your wall, and click the red X in the upper right corner of the message you want to delete.
If you mean messages in your news feed in the game, you cannot delete those messages. They will eventually, scroll off as new messages are added.

Or do you mean something else?
