expansion problem

I expanded a certain part of my land but I cant move anything to the new part now. Last time I expanded and didnt put anything there trees popped up and now cost 50000 coins to remove so I dont want to that to happen again. Help please :(

Can you take a screen shot of the location so we can take a look?

I put it as an attachment since it won't let me post it on the actual reply. I closed the app down last night and when I opened it back up the trees are there instantly.
