I Can't Accept Friend Request!!??

Im getting so frustrated with this game! I can't send friend request, I can't accept friend request, I can't send map pieces to my neightbors when they ask for them! If I even ask for map pieces to expand my island I have to do it a few times of fighting with a force close before I can actually send any out! Every time I try to I get a force close message! I practically ripping my hair out this is driving me insane, I love playing this game but this is ridiculous! I downloaded dragon story rainbow edition and I was able to accept one friend request, I accepted another one and then got booted out and its doing the same thing all over again! I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting my phone, getting rid of other apps despite me still having lots of room on my phone! Can anything be done about this, I play bakery story all the time and never have any issues, so what gives!!!?? I have sent in so many reports but never gotten anything fixed!
