It's light bluish and has two heads. I got a popup for it and Prism but it won't show up anymore. They aren't in the store yet either

Probably. I remember the first popup we had about it said EVERYONEs island I think so.

The Dragons were so excited to meet new Caretakers that they offered a sneak peak! They haven't received their Dragon training certificates yet, so you'll need to wait until they've graduated. The Caretaker council is recharging their batteries and will return in the morning to disable the notice.
