How do you get the black rose counters?

I see other players with the black counters with the red roses to match the tables and chairs, but I can't find them anywhere. How do you get the counter? I can buy the tables and chairs, but no counter. Please let me know. Thanks so much.

I have them on the 5th page of the counter tab. You can try restarting your device, and see if they show up.

Nope. I have never had them. I restart every night. I have the black with marble and the black with white flower patio, but no rose counter.

Are you on android? Some items seem to only show up in a specific edition of the game for whatever reason. Maybe download and play the Valentine's edition and see if it's there?

Where do you get the Valentine's edition from? It's not on Google Play.
