How come other users (lower levels) have furniture that is not available to me? In particular, I am a level 47 and I saw a level 22 with an amazing bed and living room furniture.

The same thing happens to me. Now I am on 52 level, but it's a time that I see some stuff in others houses that I can't find in my available stuff list. Can somebody explain the mistery??
