In Bakery Story, if you are baking a dish, and attempt to "start over".

Then choose the same dish.

There will be a message to the effect of: Already making this CROP
[ Emphasis mine ]

Probably not relevant:
iPhone 4 (no Sari)
iOS 5
Bakery Story version: errr Where was that again?...
Whatever was in the App store roughly a month ago.

This is not a bug. You cannot try and remake a dish unless you start a new one and go back to the other one, or store your appliance and replace it.
It's always been like this in Bakery and Restaurant Story.

Why would you want to spend coins twice on the same dish to only end up making it once?

That's odd; mine says "The new dish is the same as the existing one." Are you trying to point out that the message says "crop" for a bakery item?

TeamLava makes mistakes like this all the time. For the time being, email support@teamlava about this bug, and they should fix it soon. For the time being, you could also just laugh at it! :)
