Instead of saving so many coins to expand, can I do something else? I was thinking of buying 105 gems and using 80 of them to expand. The thing is, I want to expand to 23x26. Do I have to buy the expansions before 23x26 to be able to purchase it? Meaning, so far, my store is 13x16. Do I have to buy 14x17, etc. until I get to 23x26 or can I just buy it without buying the other expansions. Thanks!

have to do 14x17 first. you can expand only one step at a time.
expansion with gems doesn't require having a certain number of neighbors, but it's still one step at a time..

You must expand to 14x17 first . The game was not allow you to skip the expansion .
