Experience not Increasing

Not sure what is going on but since I reached level 30 I've not been accumulating experience points! Just a bit frustrating and not sure how to fix it as I force CS to close each day, so that's not fixing it. Help please!!

Level 30 is the maximum, you're there. More experience points won't do anything.
