Cane get into game..new Enter button

Rebooted several times. Gifting has changed and we enter the enter button.MWhat is it and why do I have to keep rebooting and hitting the enter button. Only got in 2 times today. Is this a beta test?

First try deleting the game app and redownloading it from the app store. This is reinstalling the game. Once you have done that see if it loads again.

If it still does not work, you may be experiencing performance and connection issues. To assist your device, before opening a game app, please close all applications running in the background, and clear you device's cache. Once you have done this, please restart the device. Last, manually disconnect and reconnect to your Wi-Fi connection. Be sure you have a strong signal, you may need to be sitting right near the source to obtain optimal connection. This will help when experiencing performance and connection issues.
