Older Missions

I just started to play and i see all these missions that i have not done, like icecream machines etc and older goals, can you trigger these or are they only for a certain time?

If they're goals such as seasonal goals like World games, X-mas or Halloween you CANNOT do these goals. But if they're the new goals that go along with new themes with updates I'm pretty sure you can!
