The Caramel Supremo Cupcakes are from the Sweetco Station which is part of the SweetCo Goals: http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?49249-Bakery-goals-4-3-13

If you are a new player the Sweetco goals will appear after you complete the Classic Bread Oven goals, if I am not mistaken.
