Anyone know why my Pigglesworth is only giving me coins? And rarely, if I'm really lucky, bacon!

If you're just getting coins, then you're probably maxed out on the drops he's giving you. Like water, or any of the fruits, etc etc. next time you collect from him, keep an eye out at the top right-hand portion of the screen. There will be a quick banner that shoots out from the edge that says you're maxed out on (item).
