It tells you all you need to know to transfer your games, from your old device to your new one. It's better to do it yourself and quicker.

It's very easy to do yourself. Just follow the directions step by step. Easy storm8 game to download is RacingLive. You're on level 2 pretty quickly. Then download it on your new device and use the transfer option settings after level 2 there too. I had my games pretty much immediately.

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

ive been trying to contact team lava to get my old account back on my old device but they hasnt send me any response yet i also try to go on the link that posted here but it doesnt work please help me thank you

Support was very helpful when I changed phones and did it about 24hours.
