I win 30 tournaments on 7/16 w/ 4 hours to spare. Not given at 30 so figured it would be given at end of tournament. Not given when 4 hours passed. A poster said had to win 31 to get it but by then the 4 hours had run out. Emailed support and they said I didn't fulfill req. disputing it. My word against theirs since I didn't take a screen shot. Won't waste my time and gold on tournaments anymore.
