Can't interact with my neighborhood

Hi, I'm using Dragon story, rainbow eidition, my phone is Xperia Neo V, using android v2.3.4.

My issue: I cant do anything to interact with my neighborhood such as invite new friends, send gift, pay them a visit and play with the dragon, accept friends' request... Everytime I did these actions, they give me a message:

Please help me fix this issue, it's really annoying!

I get this issue constantly as well, I also run on a droid and my phone is up to date as is the game I play on both dragon story and dragon story; rainbow edition no matter which app i run i get the same message! why? How can i fix this? I love playing this game but this is ridiculous why hasn't the game been fixed so that android users dont get stuck with these issues?
