Lost Habitat

Hello, I use an iPhone 4. I've finally saved up enough coins to buy the big black sands habitat. I placed it on the island and clicked done. I went on and clicked a few other things; collecting coins, checking missions, etc. and I went back to the main island and my habitat was gone, along with a few thousand coins missing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try restarting your device or force closing out your game.
If it is still missing, send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can check your game.

One possible cause of this is that you received a sync error while collecting from your Habitats. There is a known issue that if someone visits your Island and plays with a habitat while you are currently playing, it will allow you to collect it. If you do not leave your Island and the Habitat continues to accrue Coins, it will think it was played with again. It will give you more bonus Coins if you continue to collect from these Habitats. This causes the sync error and any of the extra bonus Coins will be removed. You're not actually losing any of your Coins.
