What is this winged fireball?

I was visiting a neighbor and noticed this on their island. Any ideas as to what it is? I have seen any others and couldn't find anything about it anywhere. Thanks in advance!

It is the Dragon Sun, an android exclusive decoration. It has no function.

It's a Dragon Sun. It's limited to Android devices, so if you're on iOS it was never available to you.

I didn't even place it on my island because it looks a little out of place? I'd rather a (non-functioning) healing spring as a decoration.
