Moving items on wall

Hi all,
I want to redecorate my place but cant move my windows and pictures on the wall...any solutions?
Also, is there a way to sell back tiles and wallpaper?

I too found that I cannot move it, so I put it in storage first, then "buy" it (at no cost) and place it where I want it.
