View Full Version : Did not get credit for Samurai Steel & Sword

I am in the process of crafting the Samurai Dragon but I did not get credit for completing that goal. I forced closed the game & even deleted it, reinstalled & still goal still there. Would you know how I can get the credit?

The 1st part, 1 shield & 1 Sword. The egg will be nesting in 12 more hrs

Will I get the rewards after the egg is in the nest or in a habitat?

I think this was an issue when this was in beta testing. Since you now crafting the dragon, your Part I should of completed.
Try restarting your device. If Part I does not complete, send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can check your game.

Well, there she sets, nice & have 25 hrs to wait. I done what you suggested & still nut'n. I'll let the support team know about it but I honestly dn't believe anything can be done. I know several players that's still waiting to hear from them, like a year ago :(

Support will contact you as soon as they can. Make sure you did get the automatic email back with your ticket number.
Also watch your emails and make sure you answer any emails you get from the support agent as soon as you can.

Well, I told you what would happen. They just told me that I did not complete the quest & that Samurai Dragon is already @ lvl 8 & I did not complete it? So, I'm going to have to have 2 of those dragons? Not even right, NOT ONE BIT. I'm not going to do it again :(

I had this problem, too and decided there was no way to prove I didn't spend gold, so am trying again for samurai parts. Not as much luck this time as last......sad
