Purple Paradise Display Not Visible

Hello

I just purchased the Purple Paradise display and it is not visible. I have restarted my Andriid phone and tried to rotate it with no success. Still can't see it, but it's there. Is anyone else having this issue or know of a resolution to this probkem?? I have emailed TL support

it's typical with large items on poor connection. If it doesn't appear after reasonable time, clear data in android and then put the game on good connection. wait until all the items show up.

This is good information. Also close all apps that are open and running in the background and restart your device. If you still cannot see it, please contact our customer support at support@teamlava.com.
