Wisp lantern???

Hopefully this will get redirected somewhere but I just have to ask a question. I've just started playing this game and I am HOOKED,absolutely!! But I just made two wisp lanterns for a future expansion and don't have enough coins to do so. However I can't find said lanterns in my inventory... Do you have to make them just before you expand?? Once you have the royal points and coins? Have I just wasted eight hours of crafting time?? Sorry,I'm sure this is a dopey question but Id love an answer...thank you :)

Welcome to the game! Don't worry, it is normal that you ask. Your lanterns should be in you inventory, you can craft them ahead of time :)

To try to find them, try the following (these are useful any time you have a problem with the game)
1/ Make sure that you are checking the ALL tab of your inventory.
2/ If you don't see it in your ALL tab, force close the game, restart it and check your inventory again.
3/ If it doesn't work, try force closing your iDevice. Restart it and check your inventory.
4/ if it doesn't work either, try uninstalling the app and installing it again. You won't lose anything, your game is stored in TL servers :)

Please, let us know if any of this works :)

Is it possible that you looked at an expansion and pressed the use button next to the lanterns? If so those lanterns are applied to that square and disappear from your inventory. It's best not to do this until you can meet all of the requirements.

Thanks so much for the quick replies...number 4 worked,I uninstalled then reinstalled and bang,they showed up. Not in the inventory but in the expand box,it now says 2/2 wisp lanterns. Weirdness,but at least they're there now! Thanks again:)ps would I be pushing my luck to ask when I can get the potions building unlocked?? I need glue for my market but can't make any because the potion building is locked with goal underneath?!

The Potion Shop is Locked by Goal. How do I get It?

You need to expand to Ivy (the tree that looks like a lady). When you have expanded to her she will unlock the Potion Shop.

Thank you so much! That's where I'm trying to expand too...nearly got the $$$ now yay:) I originally downloaded this game to earn gems for another TL game (BS) but now I can't stop playing. I'm a very high level in BS so being a newbie again is doing my head in...but yes also lots of fun too! Thanks again :)

I am glad you worked it out, and that you are enjoying CS. I arrived here from BS myself too ;) and got completely addicted!
As maguar said, the stickies have lots of useful info. And you will see that, even if CS has fewer players than other older TL games (it was created only ten months ago), the community here is pretty active and there are a bunch of people willing to help if you need assistance :)

I believe you have to expand to Old Thomas (the goat man), and follow his quest line. See information here (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?41844-Castle-story-Goals&p=481819&viewfull=1#post481819).
