Had to reset phone and lost account

Hey guys i had to reset my phone the other week and now I have to start again with a new account pls try help me out cos i really want my old one back thanks, I think my old name was IAmTheDevil or something similar to that, thanks

To recover your account, please contact our customer support at support@teamlava.com.

Give them your Storm8 ID or Support ID that you want recovered. Also, create a new temporary Storm8 ID on your new device and give them that too.
