Sweet co. tables and chairs

Hello everyone I'm on the challenge of buying 6 tables and chairs that are the Sweet Co version and I'm able to to purchase the chairs but I cant purchase the tables (they are locked by Goal). Can anyone tell me as to why that is? What goal must be completed? Thank you :D
