Missed Goals

If I didn't purchase an oven in one of the goals and it is now no longer available, will I get another opportunity later to purchase this oven? I personally don't like most of the goals especially the decorating ones, they eat into my expansion and appliance funds. But now I am looking ahead to those goal appliances and thinking when I have mastered all the recipes, I wonder if I will be able to purchase these appliances to master these recipes. Does anyone know this?

Unfortunately if the goal to unlock the appliance expires you will be unable to unlock it at a later date. I sacrifice some funds to make sure I unlock the appliances as I like to get them all.

If you just want an oven, do the goals until you unlock the oven than stop doing the goals.
