Material Requests

Does anyone know why it takes so long for material requests to show up? I get notifications stating that neighbors have requested materials, but then there is no actual request. Then 2 or 3 days later it pops up stating that xxxx requested tiles 2 days ago.

Only 20 neighbors per day can answer requests. They are most likely sending requests out to too many people, so it can take days for everyone to be able to answer their requests.
