Gift boxes?

I purchased a Candy Box earlier today and received my gift. I bought another one a couple hours later and did not receive my gift. It basically took 24 of my gems while I got nothing in return. ID like to know why this happened and how I can either get my gift or my gems back. Thanks

Have you checked through all the floor and wall decorations?

Try restarting your device, or deleting and reinstalling the game (its saved on TLs servers). If your item hasn't reappeared, email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID, what happened, and if you remember (or got a screenshot), what item you're missing.
