Hey everyone!

We know our players are full of ideas when it comes to our games. We have gathered a list of great ideas for themes in Bakery Story (https://www.facebook.com/bakerystory) over the past few months, but we want to get even more fresh ideas for potential NEW themes!

Are you enjoying our recent Pirate Theme? Help us come up with another great theme that all Bakery Story players will enjoy! Let us know what your idea is in this thread, so we can include it in a future poll! No theme is too silly or too weird. Definitely share whatever is on your mind!

Hi

Could you please release a petit fours update, where we can prepare a large variety of little cakes, tarts, and chocolates? For furniture, how about a refined looking white table that looks like a small plate, with gilded swirls on the side (table shape almost similar to the teacup table). And an elegant four legged white chair with small golden swirls also to match. For wallpaper, a similar white and some gold leaf trims around the sides of each wallpaper. So when you line them up, they look like refined windows. And a simple marble looking tile would be great! The other stuff are secondary, but if you could, could you maybe feature a petit fours display (like the sampler cart), and a petit fours table? Everything of course, following the white and gold colour theme.

Please I beg you, for any future theme, not make the items cost gems for tiles, wallpaper, chairs, or tables. Special goods are quite understandable. But please not make any of the prices for gem or coin items be outrageously high.

How about dinosaurs? And please, no more tables made from endangered species like your turtle shells.

How about a 50s theme. I think that could look cute.

The already mentioned Dinosaurs and 50s theme would be great. I know RS got the 50s stuff already. Things like the malt and milkshakes maker would be great. Old fashioned recipes (coincidentally, RS got Gran-gran) would be great. I always appreciate the cultural updates. Chinese New Year was one of the best and I miss it so. Was very cool of BS to represent that. Someone has mentioned mochis too.

Clicked the wrong button! Continuing..

Space and the future is a fun theme. Not aliens but space proper. Planets wallpaper, galaxy furniture, cosmonauts, science project type cookies, rockets, etc.

These themes are less childish but still fun and creative. Thanks for all the cultural updates, I enjoy learning about the different recipes/desserts/pastries people make.

50s diner (could go wild with this, like Hard Rock Cafe with jukeboxes etc)

French cafe

Pub/bistro

There need to be options for the Southern Hemisphere peeps when the summer theme is out. Completing summer goals while it's snowing will make the cold weather even more miserable!!

You could revisit the royal tea goals with add ons. Crumpets, soldiers with eggs and petit fours etc.

Birthday Theme - Puhhhleasssse. Balloons, colorful, cakes, streamers, banners, games, people with party hats.
Jungle/Animal Print Theme - Animal print couch, tables, green jungle looking plants, animals, safari people, waterfalls, tiki items.
Carnival Theme - RS got this theme & it looks amazing! Can we please have it, too?!!!?
Sweet Co Theme - I really liked where TL was going with this theme. Very Willy Wonka-looking. Bring it back.
Retro Theme - black, white, retro couch, skating waitress?

I knew I forgot something. Yes, of course, birthday theme! That way neighbors can decorate when it's their birthday. A good birthday theme, though. The birthday RS got was for a three year old's birthday, which is fine, but since that's been done let's have something else. Doesn't have to be grown up classy but doesn't have to be pre-school either.

Agreed with the jukebox for 50s. Johnny rocket's style. I bought the jukebox counter cos it was closest. Maybe a record player. Real things. I liked the focus of music earlier, you can always continue that. Many more genres after jazz. A folk acoustic guitar player would be cool. Then my bakery could host open mic nights!

How about a quincenera theme (and I'm sure I spelled that wrong)? Like a princess birthday. Or sweet sixteen, if you want to be less multicultural about it. It would need a really big cake at the end. I like the general bday theme too, I was just trying to distinguish it from the recent RS one.

I would also like an (another?) entire candy shop theme, because someone in general suggestion thread mentioned a taffy puller, and it seems there's not much candy in here (I guess it's kind of small to display on counters). But maybe there was one before that I missed because I haven't been on that long, and I did see a couple of appropriate decorations, if not much food.

And I see a lot of mention of weddings, but how about a pick your own wedding theme? My idea is this: release 4 goals on same day, each with a short time to complete and the same coin/exp rewards, but one has you buying autumn decorations, one has traditional white tablecloths, one has beachy stuff or garden stuff and one has an Asian feel or something. And you complete one and get more goals on the path you picked (but now with regular month-long time to finish) all the way through an oven that makes one appropriate hors d'oeuvres, one take-home favor (pretty cupcakes in boxes, bagged jordan almonds etc.) and, as the last task, one five-tiered themed cake that takes a ton of time (like 4 days - it will be the only item that takes the same amount of time as it does in the real world!) but levels out quickly. And sure, the hardcore players will aim to do all of them (but if you want to try it, it should end up being like the recent cruise challenge in RS - difficult and expensive), but those of us who play casually would still get to finish whichever we liked best.

probably not possible, but it was just an idea!

Also liked space idea! and it wouldn't be pink or pastel, which should be a requirement in all themes for the rest of the year (the sweetco and tea party coming so close together almost made me quit this game. pink overload.)

also, and i swear i'm not multi-posting on purpose, i just keep thinking of stuff: how about a middle east type thing? (please no war jokes.) there's baklava or balawa, turkish delight, halva, anything with dates or figs. you can ask your neighbors for rosewater!

A few more:

Kitchen Theme - I want to make a 'kitchen' in my bakery. Refrigerator, dish washing station, cupboards to hang on the wall/floor ones, fryers, metal tables. I may be the only one that wants this, though. Lol.
Theme Park - Funnel cake, pretzels, mini donuts, rides, games.

Oh yesss! Star tables, comet chairs, a few different-looking moon wall hangings, various height and size planet floor decor, deep blue floor and wallpaper with teeny tiny silver specks, oh I want it! Just don't tacky it up with cartoony aliens or astronauts, unless they're their own decor, and separate enough to be left out and still have a complete theme without them (don't put little alien faces on the only wallpaper that would really complete the tranquility of my outer space, for example). :D

You're definitely not the only one. We've been wanting a kitchen theme for 2 years. Along with yknow, a real bakery theme. Give us a mixer. I love the older ovens like the marzipan back when they still cared. While cooking, the marzipan maker has a blender going and it is just the cutest. Or the toaster that comes up while making toast. The graphics were not as sophisticated back then (Cake and Tea box is pretty bad) but the ideas, intention and heart was stronger. But I know this theme won't come because it's not as fun to design as uh.. pirates.

Take that space idea and run with it, TT!

Oooh, that must have been before I started playing! But it all sounds awesome! There is so much they could do with it, though! Tables, counters, sink, mixers, cannisters. Ugh. & I agree about the real bakery theme, too!!!

How about a coney island theme? Because its close to the pirates/beach and adorable carnival theme! Like the boardwalk has the small food stalls! So it could be differnt benches or a decoration for goals? Or different performers from the Coney Island parade?

Candy oven: Round Lollipop (1 hr), ******d lollipop (2 hr), and Colorful Round lollipop (4 hr)
Cotton Candy oven: Purple Cotton Candy (1 hr), Pink Cotton Candy (2 hr), and Blue Cotton Candy (4 hr)
I think animal prints theme would be nice too. We could have:

Love all these ideas. Would love an Australian theme for Australia day January 26. With lamingtons, pavalova, vegemite scrolls, lamb and rosemary pies, Sydney opera house cupcakes. Aussie rules guensey framed on wall wattle and bottlebrush flowers, gum leaf wallpaper, swagman waiter.
Also would love a circus theme in a grown up classy way like cirque de soliel. Planet theme with galaxy wallpaper would look awesome.

'belonging' does not seem to be a major concern around here. you saw the pirates, right? it would be cool for RS though.

how about a noir movies theme? mostly cause i just unlocked the black & white cookies. not a specific movie of course (hello, licensing fees) but some black & white floor tiles and film reel tables that are in RS (obviously i'm not being original here). food named for various character tropes: spitfire spritz cookies, gorgeous blondies, hardboiled detective eggs (okay, maybe not that one). sidekick cakes? and then the end prize could be a tableau with a couple guys in trenchcoats and a beautiful girl standing over a dead body!

sorry, that started out as as serious suggestion.

How about a fancy theme
Like
Makeup counter (kinda like fashion story)
Fancy table (round with candle)
Fancy chair (just a white chair with a seat cushion)
Fancy oven (white oven with a teacup on it)
Fancy drink maker (white with a teacup on it)
Fancy stand (3 fancy people having tea sitting down)

Having just come through breast cancer surgery, and October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I would like to see some decorating items, cupcakes, etc that would include this theme. Maybe a contest on the the best display or something. I am not a creative person, but I would like to see it done, esp in the stormie bakery. thanx

absolutely - la dolce vita! i know they already have biscotti and tiramisu, but there's fig crostada, and almond cake, and ricotta cheesecake, and zabaglione, and panna cotta, and so many other possibilities. they could have a gelato machine. all the drinks i can think of are already on the main drink machine or involve alcohol, which they don't really seem to do, but i'm sure they're out there. and for the italian oven there's a ton of other breads - do they have ciabatta anywhere yet?

I was thinking it would be nice if we had a huge billboard above our bakery where you could post a note, instead of having to leave notes on your wall. Some ppl don't read, or have time to read every persons wall. It would be neat if it looked like a neon sign or a chalkboard. You could post what gift you want or quick instructions for the day such as what gift you want or notify neighbors of something important, like vacations and such. We could reserve the wall for notifying that we stopped by and that way we wouldn't have so much info to sift through.
Thanks.

I like that idea... outside on the street, as part of the surrounding decor. Unobtrusive, yet still able to be big enough to hold a decent-sized message. One thing though... Would you really expect people to take the time to zoom out to see what may or may not be on that billboard, when they can't even take the time to let a wall load before they paste a post on it and run? :\

i would like some tree decorations for autumn, the way you have the lemon & cherry trees, only with the lovely colors of changing leaves. i also wish for another autumn oven, with maple cake, and molasses cookies, and other autumnal flavors. actually i wish you'd add more recipes to the existing autumn oven, but you're pretty sucky about that.

I don't know if this has ever been suggested but today I was looking at a photo of a museum in Russia that used to be an old cathedral and a Russian theme popped into my head. The ones with the onion domes look like candy houses and are colorful like this one:

Greek Quest Theme:
We have to help a Greek God (or emperor) for a quest, we start off buying a greek armor (red and gold) to start the journey. We have to cook greek meals (baklava, shrimp salad, quiche or greek pie, kebabs, olives, smoked salmon, etc.)
Ideas for the walls/floor : beige with greek patterns, temple pattern (columns maybe)
Ideas for items : God statues, Parthenon, mini-temples, army banner, armors, marble tables, marble chairs, etc.)

Waiting for this update since I started playing (1 year ago). Thank you in advance TL!

i like the ideas of a fairy and asian theme too :) also the greek quest theme is awesome! *-*

fairy theme could include enchanted flowers pralines, fairy dust milkshake, rainbow cookies, full moon cake.. neighbors could send each other shooting stars and weather frogs to build fairy ovens!

for asian / japanese theme it would be great to see some traditional sweets like mochi, dango, green tea chocolates, sakura shaped pastry and especially the cute fish shaped taiyaki :) deco could be similar to the asian stuff in restaurant, i really miss these in bakery. plus it's always fun to learn about other countries' sweets :)

I would love to see a military theme in bakery to honor our troops. Goals would be cool, too. A new oven that makes MREs. Goal reward could be a group of soldiers, a mess hall, Navy ship, military helicopter, etc. So many possibilities! I've created a USO area in my bakery with seating for wounded warriors. But I would like to do more. Let's honor our soldiers!

I would LOVE to see a Candy Land/Charlie and the Chocolate Factory theme.

A huge Chocolate Waterfall, Chocolate River Floor Tiles, Chocolate Tables and Chairs similar to the ones in RS, Children playing on a Rock Climbing display in the shape of a Cake or some other delicious treat, a Roller Coaster made of Candy and other sweet treats, Game Booths with Prizes, a Video Arcade with children smiling and having fun, a Couch and Lamps made of Ice Cream, a Chocolate Choo Choo Train with children on board, Photo Booths, Cotton Candy Stands, and LOTS of bright pretty colors. <333333

Someone mentioned the beach...you could do a fun South Beach/Miami theme with lots of Art Deco and bright, fun colors. I think this would also coordinate with older themes, which I think people would like because they could pull old stuff out of storage.

And with that or as its own theme you could mix in some fun Cuban foods, like Cuban Coffee (which could easily be added to the existing drink machine - Yay!)...so much great Cuban food!

I love the Military and Russian theme suggestions.

Another idea I had that would utilize some of the existing tea time stuff....a Sherlock Holmes/Victorian theme....maybe our characters could time travel and solve a mystery with Sherlock!

What about a bagel theme.

Bagel tables, a bagle outside with a clear glass centre and knife and fork legs.

The chair a normal bagel coloured chair with a bagel outline pushed out of the backrest.

Bagel wallpaper with a repetitive bagel shape all over with pink background.

Cream bagel tiles with a bagel at each corner.

A bagel counter similar to the chair with the bagel shape pressed out.

A bagel pyramid on a table or stand.
A bagel character with legs and arms,
A 4x4 square bagel kitchen and a bagel clock.

Maybe also a bagel oven with 3 recipes, one for each meal.

Breakfast bagel, egg and bacon with a glass of orange.
Lunch bagel, cheese and lettuce and tomato with a mug of coffee
Dinner bagel, burger cheese and lettuce with chips and a cocktail.

I would like a "Cake Theme". Cakes that look like REAL CAKES ... (Not parade floats). Pretty, elegant, sophisticated cakes ... Decorated with gum paste flowers and fondant ribbons (not crazy people with open mouths). Cake decorating is a beautiful ART. I wish this "BAKERY game" had more bakery items.

I know these posts are really old but I just saw them. I love all these ideas! A bakery/kitchen theme is a necessity in my opinion :)

Kitchen Theme - I want to make a 'kitchen' in my bakery. Refrigerator, dish washing station, cupboards to hang on the wall/floor ones, fryers, metal tables. I may be the only one that wants this, though. Lol.

You're definitely not the only one. We've been wanting a kitchen theme for 2 years. Along with yknow, a real bakery theme. Give us a mixer. ...

Maybe you should make a new game... you could call it "Garage Sale/Hoarder Story" or "Carnival/Parade Float Story". I just want a BAKERY please. Yes, some things ARE too silly/weird.

No theme is too silly or too weird.

a book/literature theme would be awesome- maybe with like quotes from classic books and food named after famous authors? with book shop decors like huge shelves with books, a couch with someone reading or writing, stacks of books, maybe even a 3x3 decor piece of a book signing or a figure of someone reading a poem/book to everyone...

and i also actually really like the dinosaur and the greek gods theme- there are so many gods and representations that it would work really well and we can have desserts like baklava, some type of bread pudding, rice pudding etc...

I second all the themes suggested here (except those that include lots of animals - no more please).
My suggestion would be for Easter (or Spring Renewal if you don't observe that). I would like classier, more adult version of Easter egg decorations in the form of faberge' eggs. Think about it, we could have a beautiful gilded egg shaped cake, floor decorations, and perhaps even an "egg chair" which would be a hollowed out faberge' egg. Plainish from the front, but beautifully painted and detailed from the back. The tables could also have plain tops (don't want to go too gaudy), but they could have legs shaped like those delicate gold or silver egg stands they put them on. Some jeweled wallpaper to match, and viola', you have an amazing, royal looking Easter bakery. Just consider it! The design team has been doing such awesome work lately, I know they could do it justice.

I have seen quite a few posts about decorating for each culture, decade or certain art periods like midevil or renaissance. I'd like to see the popular bakery foods and drink included. A general reference I use to get inspiration for parties, potlucks, e.g. is htttp://www.foodtimeline.org/fooddecades.html and then add a few of these items to the regular/sonic oven and beverage mixers once in awhile.

Maybe thay can make a cake display (only one massive cake) which you can then decorate yourself! make it with 1/2/3/4 layers, with pink, blue, purple, yellow frosting, with a bride and groom/hockey players (ugh)/hears/flowers on top, set on a table in the style of all the counters. Make it a bit larger than the normal dishes on counters.

It could be a nice piece in every themed bakery!

I think for a theme I would like a fairy tale theme (like in disney movies).

With spring coming floral designs would be nice. Daffodil would be good, tables chairs walls etc. or Daisy. A buttercup fountain? More bakery themed like messy counters with flour and icing spilt and used mixing bowls. Children sat round a table with cookie cutters. Teddy bears picnic. Enchanted bakery. More cute animals like spring lambs ladybugs etc people rolling out colorful fondant. More cupcake and bread recipes. Birthday parties. Any of these ideas would have been nicer than Hockey. Who wants hockey players in their bakery???????

no, its not, but what the heck: you're looking for the motherly oven. as far as i know, it's still available to everyone. and the game guide thread at http://forum.storm8.com/showthread.php?59840-Bakery-Story-Game-Guide&p=757869 has charts, including one that gives all the recipes, what oven they're cooked on, profits and all kinds of info.

i'm probably going to get ****ed for this, but i wouldn't even mind if they did a kitchen box. prizes could include a plain counter with a stand mixer on it (or a hobart freestanding mixer), a fridge, one of those old aga 6-burner stoves, supply shelves, who knows what else. i personally would like to see actual working kitchen stuff though, not stuff that's overly decorated.

I don't want to read thru everything to see if it's mentioned, but..... I would like 60s theme. I love the yin yang/smiley/peace sign stuff and love more lava lamps.... but if you bring lava lamp decor in (if it's not already) PLEASE make it worth gold and NOT gems. All the cool is stuff is always gems or whatever it may be in other games and I'm not going to pay real life money to get more of that currency and the games just don't reward them enough...
And like a Japanese garden themed decor like Cherry Blossoms would be awesome.

i'd enjoy this one, mostly cause that's my favorite range of colors. and i can imagine some very pretty mother-of-pearl inlaid tables. and we still don't have much food from outside US/Europe - there are some very yummy dessert possibilities there, although i'm mostly thinking of the other side of the sea with the baklava and the turkish delight. maybe a summer theme, since who wouldn't want to go to the mediterranean in the summer?

The Jewish festival of Passover is rapidly approaching. I would love to see a Passover themed appliance. It could serve dishes like chocolate covered matza, fruit slices, and charoset. If you would want to go in a different direction, you could serve plague-inspired desserts like candied frogs, eternal darkness mousse, and blood tarts. Decor items could be a seder plate on a table with other Passover foods, a matza pyramid, and a giant Kiddish cup.

Why don't we have a VIP section? A set with different style of tables and chairs, along with the furniture and lightning. There can be VIP waiters and food counters for VIPs only.

I do play Restaurant Story, but I couldn't find that table.

I like dark colors, and I liked that the St. Patrick's Day wallpaper was dark, but I didn't like it in general. In addition to dark colors, I would also like more jewel tones.
Snapped a pic of the tables for you. They remind me of the movie Coraline for whatever reason. And I agree jewel tones would be awesome! Although just the jewel tones without the darker backdrop would be blinding lol.

Be glad you have some Halloween stuff, I am new! I don't understand why it seems I can buy any other holiday box items, except of course Halloween. Which I should note, according to some data has now surpassed Christmas as far as money spent on decorations in the real world. ;) I love your other suggestions as well. Victorian would go nicely with the tea items as well for those that did not want to go "darker" I think. Have not seen mad hatter stuff yet, guess I missed that one too :(

I don't think I know exactly what you mean by VIP section. Unless you mean in decoration only, like a red carpet and ropes which would be kinda cool! I think they pretty much expect us to make our own separated area, which for me would mean spending an excruciating amount of gems to expand to have the room to do it. Which is probably exactly what they want. :p

They do have velvet ropes, but they're from an old goal that is locked now. I'm so irritated because I had them in my old store and I wanted them when I got a new device but now they're locked.

I would love if they continued the French bakery theme. As well as having matching wallpaper and other things for the porcelain tables! I loved those updates but feel there was so much more that could have been done. Any new flowers would be nice because I use a lot of flowers to decorate. I know this has been said a million times but food related items would be amazing! More cake displays, counters with cookies or cakes on them.

Garden Party theme would be cute (not sure if it's been done before, I'm a relatively new player!). Maybe a wallpaper like the Tuscany one but with flowerbeds etc. in the background, something like the Palace of Versailles gardens would be gorgeous. Would even be possible to incorporate new recipes like strawberries and cream, or a BBQ?

I am still figuring out though where to put all the items and how to remodel my bakery... I have soms great new items, also from the easter holidays, however the bookstore and easter items do not match really well.. What to do what to do.... I would really like a University/School type theme if it hasn't been done in BS already. You could have chairs with backpacks hanging on the back, school mascots "statues", school team pennants, Greek House letters for wall, etc.

This would also compliment the bookstore items very well, as it could be a library / coffee shop for hanging out and to form little study groups.

I would really like a candy or sweets theme. I think it has been done before, but it would be great to add more as that's the kind of theme I'm trying to get in my bakery at the moment. Maybe things like candy canes, jellybeans, coloured sweets (Pink, blue, green, yellow etc.), marshmallows, candy floss, lollipops, candy hearts, liquorice, gummy bears etc.

Coffee is definitely a theme they should revisit a few times. The only thing better than a pastry, is a pastry with a warm cup of coffee.

My suggestion is that we really need more kid themed items. I mean, really, no one loves sweets more than kids, and all the sweets I can think of go hand in hand with baked goods. I would love cute animal looking cupcakes, some more childish (but tastefully so) wall decorations, and some party decor. Maybe like balloons, streamers, and a refreshment table. The whole birthday thing seems like it has been kind of avoided, when really that and weddings are the bread and butter of bakeries. I would love to decorate my bakery for a birthday when my self or my kiddos have one irl. We have things for birthdays in RS, so just a thought!

June is national iced tea month. For a theme, I would suggest an appliance that serves flavored iced tea, like raspberry white iced tea, southern sweet tea, acai berry iced tea, or peach sweet iced tea. For decorations, there could be an old woman drinking iced tea in a rocking chair, pitchers of iced tea with mason jars next to them, and a banner that reads "National Iced Tea Month!" As tables and chairs, you could have a mason jar of sweet tea with a glass top and an ice cube seat. Please use my idea. I have been thinking about leaving the game due to lack of interest in decor or goals, so please show me that you care about the people who play because they enjoy the creativiTEA of it.

I think that's a fantastic idea but some people don't like licorice. I think what would be better is a Candyland theme. Candy cane forest, cotton candy couch, licorice fortress, sundae castle, gingerbread people, frosting queen, etc.

Someone else might have mentioned a birthday theme. I would like to also have a birthday theme.

We've had quite a lot of music related items. With all the pianos we get. We've also had jazz goals, which I missed out on as it was before I started playing. I'm a huge heavy rock/metal fan. I have been recently playing only Dragon Story, but I have decided to also rekindle my love for Bakery Story, and as soon as I come onto the forums, I see a theme suggestion thread. Extremely happy about this because TL is communicating with their customers. if only we could have a dragon suggestion thread for DS
Anyways, I think BS would be so much better if we had more...classy stuff. I personally go for a more "practical" look, such as making my bakery look at least somewhat like a real bakery. I loved when we had the Porcelain (?, bear with me, I haven't played in a while ) update with the Porcelain tables and chairs, and the teapot couch.
I also love the "classic" decorations from "fetus times" in BS history. Such as the fireplace, the Cake and Pie and Chocolate Displays, and the Bookshelves. I hope we get some more of these "classic" decorations, because they are so simple, yet beautiful.
sorry, I just really find beauty in simplicity :o

Anyways, I also would love if BS dabbles into the "kitchen" look. Maybe some Refrigerators, or some counters (just like the simple ones we use for placing food) but maybe with a mixing bowl on it, or some utensils laying there. Maybe we could get an update where all of the recipes are added to the Mixer and Oven (because my crazy self loves the simpler things ;)) but you could still use the original Appliances they are from, because most people do like a more silly and cute look to their bakery.

Basically, what I am trying to say, is I VOTE FOR MORE REALISTIC DECOR AND TABLES...AND CHAIRS...AND APPLIANCES

I haven't been playing too long, so this has probably already been addressed before -- but for us new players....Why do you continue to have things in the Design tab that we cannot access? (like the Surrey, Carousel, Teapot Lamp, Royal Booth, etc. and ovens that we have no idea how to purchase, or if they are even going to be available again - Musical Drink Machine, Jazz Oven, Tea Time Oven and Kettle).

ALSO, why are some things available to players and not to others. Such as Americana Chair and Summer Table? It is frustrating to be at the highest level, yet not able to get some items that others have.

Please help me understand, since we cannot go above Level 99, all the new things cost a fortune (if you want to decorate using ALL of a theme idea). I am losing interest, but really want to keep playing.

agree with the spanish theme suggestion (although i don't think they put alcohol anywhere in these games, what with kids playing them, so sangria is out) or any other country/regional themes. i love those, like the sultan's one we just had.

also, i'd like a pool party theme. actually, i wouldn't, but i think such a theme would allow me to use some of the olympic parts that i have in my gifts but can't get rid of (since i wasn't playing then).

Trees, greenery, animal print furniture, fish tanks, safari stuff, tiki, maybe even animals.
(Yes, I've suggested this a million times.)

Pool Party Theme - It could mix in with all of the beach/Hawaiian stuff.
Bright, colorful, fun!
Maybe even a birthday party theme?

Kitchen Theme - Come on, it's a bakery!
Fridge, baking counters, cupboards wall & floor, shelves of baking supply, cooks, restaurant style trash cans.
I've always wanted to design a kitchen in my bakery!
(Also have requested this lots of times.)

Retro Theme - Servers on skates, black & white tile floor, jukebox, booths for tables, retro decor.

Circus/Carnival/Fair Theme - I know these have been done, but I feel like TL could do soooo much more with them!
The Carnival theme in RS was amazing.

Masquerade Theme - I would love love love this one.

I also really loved where TL was going with the wicker theme.
I just wish they would have done more with it!

City skyline wallpaper? Demask wallpaper?

I'd like to see mid-century modern and Art Deco bakery themes. Also, something '70s themed, although I'm not quite sure what that would entail.

We had a pirates theme...it was awful! Ugly! I hope never again! So many players hated it.

I would love to see an Aussie (Australian) theme with goals. There is many food you could choose (savouries: Vegemite samwhichs, ect.) (sweets: pavlova, lamingtons, ect.). It would be also amazing if you did it around Australia Day (26th January). Thanks :)

I would like to have some appliance that could keep the food from the counters, I mean like a fridge to put food for later or when someone is chaning his bakery design he dont have to delate counters with food, he could just kept them in the fridge and take it out later. Would be really cool!! Also wish to see some update with barista coffee etc.

How about recycling some of the old goals to give new players a chance to get items from previous events. I really want to get the rose oven, and the drink machine that does the different blood types.

You can get the drink machine if you download the Halloween 2012 version of BS. it's available on an unmentionable third party site lol.

What I really want is the frosty freezer from August goals and the Puebla oven from the cinco de mayo goals.

What about a few floor tiles of "beach" meeting the "ocean blue" - same textures just with a little surf - a few straight edges and a few corners so you could make a sort of shoreline?
