How can I unlock "goal" food and Kitchen??

I'm Italian so ... Sorry for my bad english ...

Now i'm at 62 level ... And I would like to know what I have to do to unlock the "goal" Kitchen like ice scream maker or others goals Kitchen .... !!!!
And to cook goals food from BASIC stove and oven ... What I have to do to unlock them? Please help me please!

The goal foods are from old goals which have expired... So you can't unlock them anymore
