Silver ores

How can I get a lot of silver ores in a short amount of time?
I upgraded my deep mines, but didn't know I would need 10 mithrills for the dragon blanket in the magic forge.
If I knew that, I wouldn't have upgraded my deep mines.

So I need at least 500 silver ores for making 10 mithrills, which will also cost me at least 10 days to craft.

I take it that you have the 4th shard, otherwise you wuldn't be able to craft mithril. I did the same thing as you and now I am buying and mining iron rich rocks. You can use the iron to craft silver in the forge and often they drop at least 1 silver ore per rock. I have two magic forges, I craft mithril in one forge while the other is busy crafting silver :p I know it is long, but this is the only way I know for sure I'll get mithril.

Another option is to ask your neighbors to send you silver ore as a gift.

Also, keep collecting from Sir Piggy, last week he dropped a mithril for me.

If you have dark cave formations, chop them up. They give lots of silver. And hope your deep mines drop some mithril while you're crafting mithril so you don't have to craft as many. I also forged some iron into silver when I had extra iron.
