Help~ how can I build potion shop / unlock the GOAL!!!?

You need to expand to the Tree Lady then she will give you the goal to unlock the potion shop.

You may want to read the FAQs thread and the Goals threads. Those two threads pretty much cover every goal and the steps needed to accomplish those goals. I found them very helpful when I started.
